Quite disappointed in the service. Rushed us through so fast. We weren’t in the seats for more than 20 minutes and didn’t get the full treatment. Last time I was there I said never again. I mean it this time!! I will not go back.

I’m sharing this review due to a concerning experience during my most recent visit. I had an acrylic manicure. When the acrylic was later removed at a different salon, an infection was found under two of my nails. This has never happened to me before, despite many years of receiving acrylic manicures at other salons. While I can’t say with certainty what caused it, this experience raised concerns regarding application technique and/or sanitation. I am not sure what was up with the lady just right to the entrance. I just walked in and she asked what’s up, no greetings and nothing like to treat someone with kind manners. She told me I need to wait for 15mins and I said okay will be back in 15mins with a smile and after 15mins I went back in and she just said have a seat, asked gently do I still need to wait and she answered yes in a frustrated way. I was told to go my nails were still wet and no clear polish to harden my pedicure. Had to go back and get the polish redone will not be returning.
