If zero stars was an option that’s what they would get. Absolutely terrible condescending staff and maternity dr Nimo who doesn’t care at all about proper standards of care and borders on malpractice. Save yourself frustration and time and call a midwife instead for your prenatal care
After many years of dealing with trying to find a family doctor due to moving around BC , I must say many complainants on this site have no idea of the nature of medical practice today. Dr Hourgan and all the doctors I have met here in gibsons in past ten years are dedicated professionals. Today I got priority appointment thanks to a great receptionist , on short notice. Some folks should try to walk a mile in their shoes. Be thankful and grateful. Quit your whining …
Dr Nimmo is the WORST medical professional I've encountered in my entire existence. She is condescending, lacking in empathy, dismissive, and completely disrespectful... Why would anyone go into the medical field if they clearly despise helping people? I would give 0/5 stars if I could...
I have been to many walk-in clinics in BC. This one is really good. Just call right when they open to book your appt!
I had two horribly painful infections everyone was extremely helpful kind and professional! The dentist knew right away what the issue was and I healed up over night! No issues since.
