The receptionist is beautiful, very kind will be servicing my cars there in the future
I had a great experience! I am glad they really take the time to talk with you and give you the best service. They helped my AC stop making a weird noise by replacing my blower motor. They also performed my other regular maitence (oil change and coolant flush. Great communication, and customer service. I appricate that they gave me a quote for my next dealer reccomenended maitence so I can budget accordingly.
Went here to get my state inspection. On top of the insane book time of 2 months in advance, when I finally got it in I was failed on NON FAILURE CRITERIA! I was told this by the next inspector I went to and showed them the failure paperwork. Not some shady place either, it was an official dealership of the model of my car. When I mentioned having never failed on this criteria before the mechanic essentially told me oh well. This entire experience was horrible, and incredibly inconvenient.
