My son was referred to Dr Duncan for a filling. I followed up with this office after a 2 month wait and they said they'd call back in 24 hours. Called them back a month later, same message. Called a third time a month later, was promised a callback within 24 hours, staff very apologetic. Finally had to call my own dentist back for a referral elsewhere. Finally got a call back from this office today to book the appointment, 16 months after the referral was initially sent!
Today was awesome, I’ve been going to Andrea since I was a kid. My children now go there. She says to me as she’s giving my son the “magic wond” we used to call it, oh Sam I know you cringe when I do that, I said no I just don’t look. I wish I had that juice as a kid, she honestly said “oh you did great back then and so are you buddy” and at that moment I thought “this is why I love her” she cannot be anymore comfortable and honestly makes you giggle, I just love her! 5 stars for sure ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Dr. Duncan and staff are amazing! Flexible with appointments (long wait times are worth it!) In and out in a timely manner, office is super clean and staff take great care of clients. I recommend Gibson St Dental to anyone who needs dental care :)
