They are inconsistent with picking up garbage especially recently! I have called multiple times this past month and it has gone to voicemail every time. Now more recently when I called because they forgot to pick up recycling it said voicemail was full not even giving me the option to inform them of the missed pick up. So over their services and will be taking my business elsewhere.
I have used them for other services and there has never been a problem. However, I have been trying to reach them for two days, calling two telephone numbers several times. I always get a voicemail that says it is Cassie with Gibson Sanitation, etc... please leave a voicemail. Then I am informed that the mailbox is full. I need a dumpster and this concerns me that they are not accessible to order one. This is why they have dropped to two stars. The drivers are very friendly. The service is typically fine, but there are times that I need to call to let the know they forgot my garbage. It is what it is I guess. We don't live in city limits so it would be cheaper to burn our garbage like we used to, but we wanted to be more eco friendly.
