My tank monitor is still not working. 2 people have been sent out with no results. Sick of non English speaking people answering the phone and not understanding. Sick of the insane prices versus other companies. Just piss poor service from Amerigas
Horrible customer service.
I ordered around Dec 12 and was told it would be here 16th then was told everyday after it would be next day then called back on 23rd was guaranteed it would be expedited (have photos stating) it would be here on 24th then called back on 24th and was told 25th finally received it on 27th went through Christmas not able to cook a Christmas dinner cause to low. If y’all couldn’t deliver when you said and keep your word you could have told me so I could have went somewhere else! Worst service ever I should not even have to pay ... read more
