I am extremely frustrated with AmeriGas. I paid $300 extra for emergent delivery to be delivered Feb 19-20. I received an email on 2-20 that propane would be delivered on 2-21. At approx. 12pm on 2-21 I called checking on the status and was told that the propane delivery truck was tracked and 2 deliveries were scheduled before mine. At 4pm still no propane so I called back and was told the 2 deliveries were complete and they should be in route. I asked what time do they stop making deliveries and she said 6pm. Do not enter business with this company. Unfortunately I bought a house that had a leased in ground tank. It might be easier to sell my house.
