Just canceled my service. I've been a customer since 1989 and that means nothing to Amerigas. I called to get an update on my delivery, they would not give me an update because I am not the primary on the account, my late husband is. They wanted me to send a copy of the death certificate to prove his death. They have been accepting my payments without any issues. By far the most over priced propane in our area, and customer service locally is non existent
We detected a leak in our propane tank. Anthony came out and did a fantastic job. He is an "old school" technician who knows his stuff. He was able to identify a leak point and correct the issue. He also mapped out what I am calling "The Anthony Plan" to effectively monitor any other future vulnerabilities. I don't know if I can request him in the future, but I intend to ask for Anthony because he knows his stuff and knows how to get it right. Well done!
