A den of devils! We bought our home in 2017, AmeriGas tank was already installed inground leaving us beholden too them as I'm sure that's what they wanted. Started off good, then a few years later awful. We decided to gate our property, called you dig it, was told too have Amerigas come out before we dig to mark the gas line.. out of all who came out, only Amerigas sends us a bill! then kept adding late fees while we were trying too figure out why we had to pay for them to mark the gas line, Then sent us a collection all whi... read more
This is worst customer service ! Making up delivery and wrong address on billing! Then charge late fees ! When I run out gas I will be switching to a more reliable and speak English ! NO MORE Ameri Gas ! Plus can't talk to a local person

Amerigas is absolutely terrible! Their customer service is awful and the delivery dates aren’t reliable, just crappy company all together!
