THE CRAPPIEST COMPANY IN AMERICA. LEAVING CUSTOMERS WITHOUT GAS FOR WEEKS!!!
Second time they’ve let me run out of fuel in winter. When you call you get somebody in Bangladesh or something who doesn’t speak much English. Company also forces you to run a huge negative balance, but won’t bring you propane when you need it. Terrible biz and worse customer service. They should be locked up
Ameri Gas is the worst company ever. On my last fill request I asked for 100 gallons they put 153 gallons. They claimed they couldn’t come pump out what I didn’t ask for, and told me since I’m on a payment plan I should pay for it. So I canceled them. They have the audacity to try to charge me $498 to come pick up there tank Will not credit me for the gas that is left in the tank. Which is $285 worth, they charge $4.99 per gallon for gas. And the worst customer service ever. Just ridiculous!
Placed an order and was advised the delivery would be between 11/21-11/23 and that did not happen, neither did I receive any contact. Nor did they contact me when they DID attempts to deliver which they did NOT do either because my dog was outside. Had they called, they could have had me bring my dog inside. Furthermore, if they'd text and advised the delivery schedule as they'd advised, I would have had my dog already up.
