Gibson came out to replace the tub faucet in my rental house.I was notified the job was complete and the cost would be $950. I was told the parts were $500 and the labor $450.The faucet cost $350.00, additional parts $150, and labor $450.00 for 2.5 hours.The brand is Boston Harbor. This is the cheapest brand sold at Home Depot for less than $60.00. I was also talked into a water pressure regulator for $650. This is a $40 part.
