Trenton was referred to me by my coworker, she had great things to say about his knowledge and professionalism when it came to her AC unit. Trenton was on time which is a plus, he was knowledgeable and beyond professional and very personable. He didn't try to oversale me, he walked me through the process of finding the problem area. Within minutes Trenton found the issue. I will definitely use Trenton again!!!!!!!
Trenton the owner went beyond what one may expect from a typical business. He provided a temporary portable Air condition to at least make one room comfortable until they were able to install the new system This showed the committment he has in my opinion to his customers. During and after the installation he was at my home until the system was operating. I am very comfortable recommending Gibson Mechanical .
