What I appreciate most is how everyone takes the time to explain my 13-year-old daughter’s treatment in a way that she can actually understand. They make her feel comfortable, answer her questions, and involve her in the process rather than just talking to the parent. It has made such a difference in helping her feel confident and comfortable with the process of braces. We’re so grateful for the care and would absolutely recommend this office!
Do not take young kids here. Dr. Gibson might be good with teens, but he is terrible with younger kids. I took my 6 yr old son in because he has a major underbite and I wanted to know the next steps to take. Dr. Gibson was rude and told my son 3 times that he needed to grow up and stop screaming in his office (he was crying (not screaming) because they made him go back without me to do xrays.
