I love everything I have from Gibson Girl. People always comment on the clothes and they are all so comfortable and well made.

I seriously love the items I bought through one of the the fb live videos. The sizing is so perfect! I will be coming in to purchase more items! The store is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is so nice!
If there was a zero I’d chose that. Possibly the worst customer service of anywhere I’ve ever shopped. They will not honor or stand behind their defective merchandise. So if you want cheap, crappy service, this is the place for you.
Bad customer service. Good luck trying to return anything. I even apparently purchased defective merchandise. But it was my fault. For my $44 item they wanted to give me $15 store credit. In the process of returning it I got a few dog hairs on it as well. An all black item. Pretty much impossible as a dog owner. Then after asking to talk to the owner, she said I could get my $44 in credit but only today. No store credit. Sounds ridiculous. Cheap clothes. Bad customer service.
