I have used Jeff Gibson Farmer's Insurance in the past and came into a bind with paying FEMA over not receiving some documents in the mail on time (I had just begun to pay FEMA directly the last few years). I was really concerned about it because I couldn't find a way to pay it online without a special ID they send on the paperwork.
