A really great place to live. The Staff let you have your space yet can be there in a snap. Entire staff is very professional
Staff are rude, may have training issues regarding management. They seem to be very monetary-focused rather than actually caring about their residents. They don't try to be helpful and seem to look for ways to do the least amount of work. Initially they seem very nice and eager but when they realize that they can't get what they want from you, their demeanor completely changes.
