Don’t believe the lies the management is responding to numerous comments. This place has gone downhill severely and very rapidly. They have expanded the type of tenants that they allow in, The noise has become untenable, Packages are being stolen out of the mail room. Places is a complete disaster. Don’t believe the white wash lies that management is posting in response to numerous complaints. The experience of my elderly mother echoes what other people have commented on recently. GIBSON GARDENS HAS BECOME A DUMP!
My mother moved into this facility several years ago when it was under much better management. At that time, it was a quiet, safe, and well-maintained community for seniors. Unfortunately, things have changed dramatically. The current owners or management have opened the facility to a much broader population, and what was once a peaceful place has become chaotic. Gibson Gardens is no longer an exclusive community for seniors. They now allow families and apparently section 8 as well. My mother lives here and has informed me of numerous negative experiences that have occurred since this change was implemented a few months ago. She no longer feels safe and secure here but does not want to move again. Anyone who is considering this place for an aging parent should be aware that this apartment complex is not a quiet retiree building anymore. Very disappointing.
Cassie is so helpful and very hospitable! My mom has had a very good experience there so far and the maintenance is on top of it to boot! Nice community and always doing fun stuff and a safe place to walk around the property .
