We had a fantastic experience with Gibson Fence and Deck from day one and throughout the duration of the project. We obtained four quotes and while they were among the most reasonably priced, it was their customer service that really stood out. There were a few hiccups along the way including a surprisingly long permitting process but they kept us informed every step of the way and we never felt like a bother when we reached out for updates. Really clear expectations and good discussion regarding what we wanted done for our deck. Once the team started the project they were efficient and communicative, sharing updates after each day (description of work, hours worked, cost, and photos of what had been completed), and were generally just very friendly.
Gibson Fence is just freakin' AWESOME!! From the very fast responsiveness to schedule a quote, to Damon coming out [for the quote], to Jerry and Jordan doing an amazing job resurfacing my old deck and building a fence - all perfectly executed!! Pricing was reasonable - workmanship was over the top. Great attention to detail and great communication. Would I use them again?? Absolutely! Really was a great experience with this crew.
The team from Gibson was good at communicating once we got underway. It took longer than expected to get the work going and there was some confusion about permitting the job. They assure me that they will take care of it if there is a problem. The job lead, Aaron was good at checking in with me and keeping me updated as they put the deck together and followed up with fixing some issues like loose posts and railing caps.
