Very rude and don’t help when needed
The worst electric company I’ve had to deal with they updated apps and shut everyone out of there account and after no answer at the phone for 4 days of no answer I finally get ahold of someone and they threaten to turn my electric off because all the sudden my normal$120 electric bill was now showing $209 plus a $80 fee in which they wouldn’t explain what for
I have to do a follow up. Received a call when they discovered my experience and they went above and beyond to fix my problems. I can’t say enough good on how I was treated and the steps to fix my issues. Thank you!! —— Trying to get internet has turned into a nightmare. Everyone I encounter over the phone with the exception of Mary bell has been rude and unhelpful. Promises of info and callbacks just don’t happen. I guess it’s time to look for other options.
