Ever since they bought out hickman fulton been outage after outage and never any information on website about what problem is or how long it will be off the people that run this company don't care about all the customers that have to sleep with cpap or if they ever wake up not to mention you can call them about trees growing up in the power lines and two years later they still have not even came to talk about cutting them much less cut them down 1 star is to high
Thank you Jacky & Jimmie for going above and beyond in customer service. I stupidly thought the power hadn’t been turned on when it had and not only did they not make me feel bad about it but even helped me get the well going. The ladies at the main office were great too. Glad to have such a stellar utility provider for my new home.
I have always had a great relationship with the employees of the company and they have presented me with the best of service!
