Great mechanic, fixed my van in no time
I bought a Extang Trifecto 2.0 soft folding truck bed Tonneau Cover from them. Put the year and make, model of my truck and it said it fits. Well the bed cover was too long. I requested a return so they sent me a label but it was for me to pay the shipping because they said it was my error. As I explained to them that they are the ones that said it would fit. I can’t speak to their ability to fix anything, but I can say their customer service is lacking. When I asked if they’d work with my warranty company he said no multiple times, then asked what that means to work with a warranty company for an oil change (they’ll pay for part of it) and when I started to clarify, he cut me off to say no a several more times and that they don’t work with after market warranties.
I was well pleased every time. This group of gentlemen are masters of their trade. I was taken home and picked up each time. Very timely also. Work performed and back the same day. Thank you Gibson crew. I'll be back. Customer for life.... 5 STARS
