They went above and beyond for each step of the process. I was a new patient and I feel right at home!
I really liked this dentist but I don’t agree with their policies. I got released after a no-show that was out of my control because I was in the ER. They didn’t call me or anything, I got a notice in the mail a few days later that I was dismissed from the practice. It took several attempts and quite some time for them to finally reach them after calling and leaving several voicemails wanting to discuss the situation which felt like they were almost avoiding me. I cannot say enough good things about Gibson Dental! I went for my very first cleaning in years, and from the moment I walked in until I left, everyone was kind. Ashley was incredibly patient, kind, and explained things step by step. Dr Gibson was informative, kind, and so personable. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and super helpful with explaining next steps/insurance. This place turned my prior dental experiences upside down, and I won’t dread going back!
