I had two wisdom teeth removed at Gibson Dental. I simply can’t say how impressed and thankful I am to Dr. Jensen to make sure that I felt at ease and comfortable. He is great, caring, attentive dentist, he took the time to explain everything to me, and the procedure went smoothly. Gibson was the best dental experience I have ever had in my entire life of teeth problems. Great pain control, comfort, friendly, and they care. They went above and beyond for each step of the process. I was a new patient and I feel right at home!
I really liked this dentist but I don’t agree with their policies. I got released after a no-show that was out of my control because I was in the ER. They didn’t call me or anything, I got a notice in the mail a few days later that I was dismissed from the practice. It took several attempts and quite some time for them to finally reach them after calling and leaving several voicemails wanting to discuss the situation which felt like they were almost avoiding me.
