I really love West Madison Dental (previously Gibson Dental). Their staff is knowledgeable and very reassuring. While pregnant, I chipped a tooth. I was anxious since I was pregnant and worried about it possibly getting infected, but they were very reassuring and accommodating. They got me in as soon as possible and that same day, I had a new crown! No coming back for a permanent one! What a relief to have it fixed so quickly. I just I wish it wasn't such a far drive for me to go see them.
This is the best dentist I have been to by far. I had no pain after getting a lot of work done and was back to chewing like normal the next day. The team was great about walking me through the procedure beforehand and explaining things very clearly of what to expect. This is the first dentist I have been to that I will not dread going back to. Thank you all!
Dr. H and the entire team at West Madison Dental are truly exceptional! They are consistently warm and accommodating, which is a refreshing change from the dentists who make you feel anxious about your visits. Unlike others, they take the time to discuss all your options and find the most suitable solution for you and your budget. Always will recommend him and his practice!
I made an appointment to have a crown that came lose reattached. I was quoted 300 dollars over the phone which I expressed to them seemed high but I needed my tooth recemented. I was paying cash and told them I was new to the area. They told me I needed to give them my social security number a copy of my driver's license and a bunch more information. Haven't had a cleaning in the last 2 years cause of moving and what not but my teeth have never felt cleaner and physically better.
