Very rude people. They need to be educated how to talk to patients. Just because it’s a place where people come without paying a fee for a medical service, doesn’t mean employees need to be rude. When you request them on the phone to send a letter where it states the time of your appointment a bit in advance, one time they say: “we are not going to hand deliver it to you!”, second time for another appointment after months they say: “my supervisor is not going jump off her desk to send the letter for you!” However the letter ... read more
