We have had septic coming into our yard from next door since December of 2025. We have called and emailed and spoke with the health department several times. We have been told pver a dozen times that it is going to be taken care of, that a notice of abatement was served, that they had a week to submit written plans before it went to county attorney, that was over 2 weeks ago and still pur yard is saturated from their septic.
