Through a mistake I though my appointment I could pick up my INSULIN but they said I NEEDED an appointment for the next day even though I have picked it up on the same day before. So I am being denied INSULIN. The nurse even had a little smirk on her face as if it were funny to her. I am having an anxiety attack right now in their dentist office (which I had an appointment for) and they can't even help a diabetic out over a mistake. I really hope I don't get sicker.
Being in our profession, we contact the GCHD quite a bit. From death certificate request, and cremation permits, the clerical staff up front are on point. While they serve the community, they proficiently get the FH permits & certificates out to us in a timely manner. From Mrs. Ann, Nicole, Stephanie, Kimberly, and Maria, those girls know answers to the questions asked, and if not, they get someone who does.
