My Mom came into tbe ER by Hospital from het Dr. Office for a heart problem. Whike she was waitibg for tests to come back. She was waiting while I was there for a few hours. Duribg that time no obe checked in on her. Several times she hit the call Button for help too see uf ahe could get a glass if water. The first 3 times no one came or checked in.
