Ron and his wife were amazing in their customer service. Ron was able to do my tires very quickly and called me as soon as it was done. Will be recommending and and bringing any cars to him.
Gibson Auto is an AMAZING auto shop! They are honest, reliable, and help you as much as possible. Fair prices for high quality work. Saved me a $6000 lie the Honda Dealership had ALMOST sold me on if I hadn’t gone to Gibson Auto for a second opinion. Highly recommend and will be recommending to family and friends!
Took my car to Gibson because Firestone said I needed a new wheel hub and they were charging me $650 for it. I mentioned to these folks that this might be what is needed. They called me back and told me I didn’t need it and fixed it for 1/4th the price! Never have I gone to an auto shop and walked out with having spent less money than I thought. These guys are sincerely the most honest auto repair place I’ve been to and I will continue to go back for every car needs I have!
My first experience here was absolutely amazing! Not only was the staff knowledgeable and kind, but I received some of the best customer service I’ve gotten in such a long time (especially at an auto repair shop). I’ve been struggling to find a good local auto repair shop that doesn’t take advantage of me, and my coworker advised I go here, so I gave it a shot. I will definitely be returning & telling others about it!
