RecommendedI had a great experience buying a new RV from Rick at Gib’s RV in Coos Bay. Rick was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He treated me with courtesy and respect. The trade in process with my old trailer was simple and clear. The shop service for my add-on parts was done well and professionally. I would definitely return for anything I need in the future. Listen carefully: Stay away! Because of them, my pets almost died. They have no professionalism, no communication within their ranks or to the client. One told me it was ok if a fan was loud because I'm almost deaf and couldn't hear it anyway. Excuse me? That is not ok. I had to pound them to agree to give me a walk-through of any work done, which of course uncovered more things that were not fixed. They also were supposed to fix both air-conditioners. Never again use Gib's for repairs. Two service appointment and $1000 later the furnace has been repaired. First Tech remove furnace parts and shorted out radio. Thank goodness for Richard Palmer expertise.
We bought our Hideout at a great price. We hit the coast for a week and found a few problems. Curtis set it up and on our way back through, they fixed the problems and we were on our way to our next campsite. Thank you to Curtis in sales and David in service. We were made extremely comfortable and actually had fun!
We have been very pleased with the service that we have received during our purchase. The staff at Gibs worked very hard to complete the pre-purchase services and to work around our schedule limitations because of the pandemic. Keith was always open to communication and Tommy did a great job during a wet, cold final walk-through, including installing and readjusting our trailer hitch until it was just right! It worked perfectly, by the way! We would definitely recommend the Gibs experience!
Great price on a new Wildcat Maxx and they didn’t try to steal my trade. Service department installed a second air conditioner and thermostat the installation was very clean and looked like it was factory installed. Also had them install rear camera.I would recommend Gibbs RV to anyone who is looking for a new or used RV.

My wife and I bought a new Sunseeker RV today and we had a very good experience, from Rick the sales associate, and Josh the finance associate, to the associate( unfortunately forgot his name) that showed us the “ropes” throughout the RV, we had a pleasantly wonderful shopping experience. we bought a trailer a few months ago and have had nothing but problems. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Gibbs RV. customer service hahaha make a appointment to come look at one of the problems and they did a no show,no call nothing.
