Gibroni's Pizza is Detroit-style pizza by Detroit natives. We grew up on the square pizza and are on a mission to share the flavors of back home with Orange County and beyond. What is Detroit-style pizza? Slightly thick with sauce on top, cheese all the way to the edge of the buttery crust, crispy on the edges and bottom, soft in the middle, and square slices. Absolutely, a excellent Pizza place. Detroit style Pizza was off the chart. It's a very good local owned restaurant.
