Gibroni's Pizza is Detroit-style pizza by Detroit natives. We grew up on the square pizza and are on a mission to share the flavors of back home with Orange County and beyond. What is Detroit-style pizza? Slightly thick with sauce on top, cheese all the way to the edge of the buttery crust, crispy on the edges and bottom, soft in the middle, and square slices. Gibroni’s hands down is probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. My daughter and her family live in San Clemente we live about 15 minutes away. She introduced us to Gibronis we are now hooked and crave it all the time. Great causal and fun atmosphere.
