Kami and the team at Gibraltar Title were amazing to work with! Very detailed and great communication! They delivered everything on time to ensure a smooth closing! It was also really convenient that they have multiple office locations all over town so the buyer could choose to close at the office closest to their new home!
I was very pleased that Marie handled the closing for the sale of my home. She was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I was able to receive the documents ahead of time, so that I could go over them at my leisure and ask questions. Then Marie was readily available to answer my questions, no matter how dumb. Everything was accomplished in a timely fashion. Marie made it easy and I appreciated her experience and expertise. I can recommend Gibraltar Title Service without any reservations, but especially Marie!
Worst experience ever. Kami the manager was the worst. Never saw the settlement paper till notary showed up. Was rude on the phone. Numbers from us signing till closing difference of 11,000.00. Run from these people.
