I worked with Gibraltar Title Services in my capacity as a mortgage broker, and have to say that I was dissatisfied with their service levels and remittance policies. Specifically I tried to call them several times about the title package- never was I able to reach a live person on the phone, nor did any of my voice mail requests for a callback ever result in one. We used Gibraltar Title to close on a condo. (We actually used them when we purchased it 3 years ago.) Both Amy and Ryan were fabulous to work with. They answered all of my many questions and responded back to me quickly, They kept me in the loop for all actions and made the closing on our condo seamless and easy.
