I purchased the Bellevue Satin Black Galvanized Steel Post-Mount Mailbox with Magnetic Latch from Lowe’s Home Improvement. Unfortunately, the magnetic latch stopped working, and the mailbox door now stays open. Because of this defect, rain easily gets inside and my mail becomes wet. This product is advertised with a 3-year warranty, but when I contacted the manufacturer they required a copy of the original receipt in order to process a claim. Arrived 1.5 early for a pickup. ( full load 24 pallets) Drive all the way to the back and check in there. Was giving a door immediately and as soon as I hit the dock they started loading. Plenty of room to maneuver. Was loaded in 20 minutes. Once you get the green light walk back in and paperwork is waiting for you. Everyone was extremely friendly.

These are pretty friendly folks. The kind of people that actually call you back if you’re calling to be late on your load and appointment time. They are very nice they took me late I was in and out within an hour but I don’t think they take anyone after 2 PM might need to call them and double check
