I wouldn’t recommend working here as a very family friendly place or work life balance place. Nothing flies unless Brad says so. They have their favorites. The rest don’t count. Yearly raises - again, they have their favorites. Talking - again, they have their favorites. Music choices are Brad’s. No earbuds, no phones, no talking.
