This was my second time needing help post car accident in over 10 years. First time my car was fixed impeccably by Gibraltar. This second time my car was a total loss. Richi communicated with me regularly and was straight and honest with me from beginning to end of the process. I Would highly recommend this shop for anyone who has an accident.

I've used Gibraltar in the past, their work has always been impeccable and I've always had a great experience dealing with them. This time around my car was hit by a drunk driver and it caused major damage to my car. Seeing that the damage was so extensive, I assumed it would be totaled. Brought my 2015 Corvette to Gibraltar Collision 1 year ago. Marty promised to repair it, taking State Farm payments, they (other driver ins) took 100% responsibility. Car still in pieces, no noticeable progress for months even though all replacement parts are there. Marty thinks he should get paid more since “no one else on the East Coast” could locate the parts or do the quality work he can. Quality is good if completed only.
