Called Jim to install a 220V box for a new hot tub install. He came out when he said he would and installed the new line and breaker box at a reasonable price. After the hot tub was installed and wired up, the breaker continued to trip preventing the hot tub from running. Jim came right back out and determined that the new breaker was faulty. Jim started an electrical project on our new home build. We paid him for part of the work that was done & a small advance on the future project. He took our money, never finished the project & won’t answer phone calls or texts from our contractor. We are out $3500. I would not trust him. Answering Jim’s response below. I called Jim with multiple electrical issues in my house and on my dock. He was quick to respond and schedule a time to come diagnose all my problems. He and his son Jimmy showed up on time and dug right in to identify my problems and offer solutions. He also installed a large dock fan that I got for Christmas. You can tell he is a Master Electrician. He really knows what he's doing and does excellent work. He is professional, efficient and communicates very well. His rates are very fair.
