Giboney Electric did a fantastic job on my electrical installation, providing connection at the meter, underground conduit to the building, new 200 amp panel with lighting and power. He is fair and communicates with the client. I recommend using Jim and his son on all your electrical needs here at the Lake of the Ozarks.
We have used Giboney Electric for several projects, and we will continue to use them in the future. Jim responds quickly and professionally, they show up when they say they will, perform quality work, and pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend!
Great communication, told me exactly how much it was going to cost, no hidden fees, craftsmanship was excellent, overall a great experience would definitely recommend....
Jim and his son are timely and fair priced, but I'd say their communication is what I appreciated most about working with them. They set expectations on what they will do and when, if something changes, they communicate the changes. If you ask, they'll explain what they're doing, why they're doing it a specific way, etc. Otherwise, they go about their work as you go about your day.
Had phone contact with James made appointment on Friday to come out and look at electrical issues at my moms , could not make that afternoon as stated so we planned for Saturday morning at 10am . He was a no show , no phone call , left messages and finally told him we would find someone else if this is how he does business. Not Recommended
