Mr. Gibson came out to do a second opinion on a sink drain that "Just Fix It" told me couldn't be fixed. He didn't track mud in like the first company did. He was very polite. He spoke to me about how simple the fix was actually going to be. He didn't have the parts he needed for my particular drain, so he drove to the store and got what he needed to fix it, same day! He went above and beyond to make sure the fix was done right, and done quickly. I haven't had any issues since.
Gibby's Plumbing ranks high in my list of contractors. My experience with Gibby's could not be better. I called at least five plumbing companies mostly very well known established companys in New Castle on a Saturday.. Not ONE had an answering system or on call technician. Gibby's was next on the list and he answered. What a good, honest owner. He assured me, if I could wait, he'd be here first thing Monday. The guys showed up right on time. Problem is fixed.
