I hired Gibbs Surette Inspect to do an inspection on a new construction home I was buying in Noblesville. At first, I didn't think I needed a home inspection, since it was new construction, and was planning on skipping this step in the process. My Realtor encourage me to have it inspected, so I did. I hired Gibbs Surette Inspect to inspect my new house, and was very impressed with the inspectors knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness. They did an excellent job of reporting the their findings in an easy to understand format that helped me to distinguish between major and normal maintenance items. This help us to negotiate some of the repairs with the seller, and informed us of what we needed to do as home owners to take care of our new home. Would recommend this company to anyone buying a house.
