Nice and great for students
I found out about sports therapist Kai through the rec center, and I’m so glad I did! He has helped tremendously with the neck and shoulder pain I get from working at a desk, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my mobility. His approach goes far beyond typical massage and stretching techniques, the quality of his work and level of care really stand out. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend him!
I’ve had a great experience working with Kai for integrative therapy. He’s very professional, and the training is effective, focused, and straight to the point. I came in with pain around my lower back and SI joint area, and I could feel a noticeable sense of relief and looseness immediately after the session.
