Xavarien and Skyler always make me feel welcomed at the front desk! Their positive energy is contagious and makes every workout better!
The Aquatics Coordinator, Maggie McGuffee, was disappointing. Instead of creating a welcoming environment at the rec center, she seemed overly focused on enforcing rules in a strict and unprofessional manner. Her approach came across as dismissive, and she made people feel uncomfortable, even driving some out of the swimming pool. There is a significant lack of customer service and respectful communication in her interactions.
