Called with an issue and the man speaking on the phone recommended a few more things that could work and would recommend to do the work myself before running a plumber out there and have to spend the money before the holidays, which I really appreciate. Had a hose bib that needed replaced. Came out the same day had in done in no time. Very professional and affordable! Also took the time to answer all my questions.
Called on Monday for plumbing issues. Was told Wednesday or Thursday someone would come out. I had appts on Wednesday, so I was told Tuesday or Thursday, but to expect Thursday. I called at 8:10 am Thursday to confirm appt and I am not on the schedule. Was told it would be tomorrow. I said don't worry about it and she just said alright. No apology for your mistakes. I guess I'm better of fixing it myself with a newborn and toddler running around... I recommend elsewhere.
