My husband took off work today because we had an appointment for our Air Conditioner to be fixed between 10am-12 pm. Nobody showed up and nobody called us letting us know they weren't coming. My husband and I both called their business number and their voicemail box was full every single time. He also texted numerous times asking if they were still coming out today. No response. We recently had Kenny and his team out to replace our heat pump. I appreciated his approach to Earn our business, rather than Sell us a new piece of equipment. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend Kenny and his company.
