Horrible, horrible experience. Before I hired him for the vehicle diminished value claim, I explained the case with every bit of the details and he told me the winning of the case was high. As advised, I spent $450 to get a diminished value report and forwarded it to him. After that, no response and I had to keep pinging him for updates. At the end, he told the insurance company denied the claim and he couldn't do anything about it. He said I could sue them and possibly could get some diminished value back.
