Gibbs Heating and Cooling installed a new hybrid heat pump system for me. This was my first hybrid heat pump system. Jeremy Gibbs, the owner, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the technology behind how the system works including settings to increase efficiency minimizing both our electric and gas usage which was important to me. He was always very responsive when I had questions and willing to stop by quickly if service was needed. Overall a great experience!
We have been using Jeremy's company since about 2014. We have a geothermal system and he was quite knowledgeable about the system. It turned out that he had installed the original furnace 10 years earlier as an employee of another company. He is very friendly and has detailed knowledge of of his industry. We got 3 quotes when we replaced our system and choose Gibbs. We have continued using Gibbs for our seasonal checkups and it is always a pleasure to have him at the house. I will never call another hvac company ever again!! Jeremy and Bo are life savers and saved me from spending $10k on a new furnace from another company. As new homeowners, me and my fiancé don’t know a ton about maintenance, so Jeremy took the time to explain everything we need to do to maintain our heating and cooling systems! We appreciate taking their time to come and help us out!!
Have used Gibbs H&C for years and he has always been professional and reasonably priced. If repairs were needed, he explains what he is doing and why it needs to be done. Will always use them for all HVAC needs.
