I was expecting a simple thermostat install and that's what it was, no surprises. He was a very good technician and I appreciated the way he explained things thoroughly.

After our portable A/C unit started emitting an odd smell again, the technician pinpointed a filter issue within 15 minutes and showed me how to address it myself for future occurrences. Unlike last summer's service visit that took several hours with no resolution, this was handled efficiently and thoroughly in under half an hour.

After diagnosing a faulty thermostat in our heating system, the technician replaced it and completed the repair within an hour. This was more efficient than my previous experiences with other companies, where similar issues took much longer to resolve.

Compared to our last vent cleaning, this time they managed to finish in just under an hour and even removed a small blockage in the main duct. The airflow has noticeably improved over these past few days, so it appears their work was effective.
