The two lovely, kind hardworking technicians did such superb job of installation and I was most impressed with their efficiency and meticulousness
The technician was excellent. He arrived early and immediately started tracking down my problem even though I wasn't home. He waited for me to arrive, and explained the issue in detail until he was assured that understood what was going on. He even coordinated with his bosses to get me a discount on the repairs. And, when I couldn't afford the repairs, he told me what I could do to get the best service from my furnace until I could afford the repairs. That's what I call A+ customer service.
