I completely understand your reviews. I had the worst time getting them to do the work they did. So many calls to them and run rounds before they finally took care of me. Months of my own labor and attitude is why it was finally done though. Now I need my floor adjusted and they said they'd call me when they were able to do it. Still needing an adjustment 3 months later.
I would avoid Gibbs and/or RamJack at all costs. Terrible service, never fixed the problem, and did damage to personal property that they never remedied.
Worst company in Mid-Missouri. I had helical anchors "installed" (and I use that term loosely) about three years ago and I'm still dealing with the damage they did to my foundation. When I call, they simply don't care. I could win $20,000 worth of work from this terrible company and I still wouldn't let them step foot on my property again. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HOUSE AT ALL, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Update: 10/31/2019 Bumping to 3 stars because while the basement did in fact leak after the job, it sounds like there was fault on the seller's part also, and Gibbs have stepped up their game on responsiveness. It does look like they are trying to make it right. Will update the review once more in several months. Original review: Took forever for them to come out and get the job done. We have been dealing with them for over 5 months and still our yard is a mess and many things were broken and they left 4 inches of mud and ice blocking our door. They were 6,000 $ over their estimate. The owner also did not care about the trash left all over our house or the quality of the work done by his workers. The job per the owner was suppose to be done in 5 days.
