They have terrible customer service and the owners will not return phone calls. They are unreliable and unprofessional.
Gibbons & Lucky installed my red metal roof 5 years ago. It still looks brand new. They gave me the best price by far. They were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood and some houses were just recently built. Those new homeowners asked me who did my roof. They were even envious of my roof. Gibbons and Lucky are the best in Maryland!
This company put on our roof for Barry Andrews Homes just about 3 years ago. Not a real long time ago. But, they seemed more interested in new "bigger jobs" then customer follow-up.
