I wanted to share my recent experience at this establishment, which unfortunately was not very positive. I was billed for a service that I did not request, largely due to a misunderstanding with the receptionist. Their rude attitude and assumption that I wanted to check out and have cleaning services led to an overcharge. This incident has left me quite disappointed, and I am not inclined to return to this establishment again.

Poor quality dental work. I had a filing done 2 years ago and it got chipped while i was eating. So now every time I speak, my tongue hits the sharp edge of the chipped filling and it’s really uncomfortable. I called to see if they could file it for me (which would’ve taken two minutes) so it at least wouldn’t be so sharp. But of course I was told to book an exam etc. Since when fillings only last two years and then you’re expected to pay more? We pay so much for dental work that doesn’t last.
