I like it, so much that I moved here. The Columbia River is just a stones throw (Perhaps 2) away. Beautiful views from the pedestrian path on top the levee. People are on it almost everyday.
I have moved quite a bit in my lifetime and have dealt with property managers, landlords, and homeowners. Dealing with the manager at Gibbons is my worst experience yet. Instead of just denying me they made me drive down there, which costs over $100 in gas and takes a whole day, just to have me hand in an application that said the same things I’ve been verbally saying all along.
