Terrible customer service Bought a pair of cowboy boots there that cost $119.00 On the very first wearing the arch which seemed to be made of metal, sprung up and was like a sharp hump in the boot. I took them back to Hammer Huber the following day and he said they would have to send it out to be repaired even though I had only bought it the day before and they had others pairs of the same boot in my size on the shelf. good items I used to buy my work boots at Hammer-Huber - they were a bit expensive but if you bought a cheap work boot - it did not last as long. They discontinued the shoe I used to get - I asked if they could order it - but they were not able to. The last person who waited on me could have been a bit nicer. They have a lot of good quality things - but a bit more expensive than some other places.
