I called Gibber Services because my dishwasher was backing up and I wasn’t sure why. Ruvi was able to fit me in quickly and came out to troubleshoot the issue. He identified the issue and presented me with all of my options. He was communicative about realistic timelines as well as what he could guarantee and not guarantee based on the nature of the problem. Pedro Paternina from GIBBER SERVICES was my technician and he was really great we had a couple of problems, one major problem and one small problem and he fixed them very professionally. he worked his way through them very cleverly I thought he was very thorough and very pleasant to work with, and just a good experience. very much appreciated him taking care of the problems and checking everything out thoroughly and doing a good job like he did, nice cool air again 🥶
