Avoid this office for several reasons: (1) The doctor will come up with excuses to have you as "returning customer" and bill the insurance (plus your copay) for avoidable visits. He will have you coming to this office for 4-5 times for something that could've been safely done in 1 or 2 visits. (2) They charged me for a service claiming the insurance won't cover it.
