Bought a mountain bike online and picked it up a few days later at the store/shop. Got exceptional personal attention from Greg, who explained everything about the bike thoroughly and set it up fully for my specific needs. Amazing customer service, very helpful and very friendly and genuine. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thanks you!

Bought a $700 bike from Giant Bicycles and now I’m being told it takes TWO MONTHS just to get service for a bike with less than 200 km on it. The chain keeps falling off AGAIN, the brakes make awful noises, and this is already the second time I’ve had issues with this bike since buying it. Funny how “free service” sounds great when they’re selling you the bike, but once something actually goes wrong, suddenly you’re stuck waiting months. Terrible after-sales support and disappointing quality for a nearly new bike.

It’s incredibly counterintuitive—I’d expect the motor to just turn off, not resist my movement. For a $4k investment, I expected to be informed about such a specific performance limi... read more

I took my Giant TCR Advanced Pro 0 into this shop on April 19 to simply have the front brake pads sanded, and the front rotor cleaned with a brake bed in to lessen the squealing. When I got my bike back, Tennessee returned it to me with a snapped carbon aero spoke on my front wheel! The wheel was completely out of true at that point. She said it was pre-existing, which it was not, as when I showed her the wheel when I first came in, it was perfectly true and all spokes were tensioned. I even had it at another bike shop 20 mi... read more
