I keep revising this review because they keep doing more great work for me. Most recently, I had braking issues and they helped me work through repairing and ultimately replacing the whole system in September. I expressed concern for cost and parts compatibility, and they made sure I was covered; that's huge for me as I'm someone who already spends too much on the upkeep of the bike. I was reminded of my 'Giant' experience after watching a YouTube vid this morning... the rider was on the 2017 Reign. I had gone into the Giant shop on 4th to slap a tidy sum of money down on the last 2017 sitting on their floor. Dude behind the counter declined my request for a layaway. Let me walk out. Booked our e-bikes in here for a service expecting to need a bunch of new parts but the team was able to salvage everything and get the bikes looking and running as good as new! Bike service sorcery! Amazing work thanks guys 👏
