Great experience and customer service. Although I did not buy from this store that day, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to start their cycling journey to begin here. Bought a mountain bike online and picked it up a few days later at the store/shop. Bought a $700 bike from Giant Bicycles and now I’m being told it takes TWO MONTHS just to get service for a bike with less than 200 km on it. The chain keeps falling off AGAIN, the brakes make awful noises, and this is already the second time I’ve had issues with this bike since buying it. Funny how “free service” sounds great when they’re selling you the bike, but once something actually goes wrong, suddenly you’re stuck waiting months. Terrible after-sales support and disappointing quality for a nearly new bike.
Title: Disappointed by "Pedal Resist" feature The staff here are great, but I’m frustrated by a lack of transparency regarding the Giant Talon E+ EX. The bike is high quality, but nobody warned me that the motor effectively acts as a brake once you hit 32 km/h. If I’m coasting downhill at 40 km/h and start pedaling, the bike actually slows down.
