The folks at Giant Vancouver, rocks! I was in search of a more suitable tire for my bike. Several stores I contacted wouldn't give me the time of the day and the ones that I had a few tires wouldn't offer to search for more. Duncan took the time to review everything they had in stock and when that still didn't fir the bill he search online until he found the ones I was looking for. My 7 year old Giant bike sadly developed a crack in the frame. After contacting the shop, they were able to obtain a new frame under warranty. The staff has been amazing and their service excellent. I was shocked when I picked it up...it is like a brand new bike! Great bike, company, warranty, and service! Thanks
Went in there looking for a helmet and got 10/10 customer service by 2 of the fellas working there. Friendly, not pushy, and very helpful.

Paying more for tubeless tires and rims on the bike I bought was a waste of money. I went back and told them the tires leaked a couple of times and they shot more slime in and sent me on my way each time. When they continued to leak I sprayed them with soapy water and saw thousands of tiny pin hole leaks. They had refused to replace the tires until I contacted the head offices in the USA and Canada and told them about it. Then they replaced the tires and they didnt leak as bad.
