As a first-time road bike buyer, I was apprehensive about going into a bike shop without having a lot of background knowledge. The guys at Giant were SO incredibly helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They were patient with all my questions and my multiple test rides. I ended up buying a bike I'm so excited about - even a year later. I had my bike serviced a few times and again, customer service was excellent - quick and effective repairs, and lovely interactions with the staff. Highly recommend!
Amazing staff, Tennessee and her team couldn't have been more helpful when my carbon road bike had microcracks in the frame. They promised to do the best they can and they delivered more than what I could've imagined (alao got a brand new ultegra gearset due to the shimano recall). They regularly sent me emails to update me on the status of my bike. Needless to say, I have never experienced better customer service from any store, let alone a bike shop!
Excellent staff, great bikes and good environment. Have a visit just to be amongst some beautiful bikes
