The customer service delivered by Giant Bicycles TO staff is superb. The cost of repairs in a timely manner is also very appealing. This is the best bicycle shop I've done business with in years. I have frequented many bike shops given that I've been a year round cyclist for decades. Highly recommended.
Really amazing staff here! I got a flat tire while biking in the dark cold windy night. Even though they were about to close and I didn’t have an appointment, they patiently helped me with the pump and made sure I was back on the road safely. My bike isn’t even a Giant, but that didn’t matter to them, they were so kind and professional. I’m really grateful for their warm help and would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you for going above and beyond!
