BUYER BEWARE, Horrible experience. Purchased 40x50' tent. Guy showed up missing tools necessary to install properly. The paint on the poles was still tacky from being freshly painted clearly pointing to the parts were not new and painted over. Cranks were clunky and also clearly used. Opening entrance in the tent was supposed to be in the center, instead I have a pole there. Was told tent was designed with a heavier material to withstand more wind and that it could stay up most of the year to be taken down over winter. The t... read more
Horrible experience buying multiple tents from this company. The rep was pushy via text message, didn't listen to our request, and ultimately sold us the wrong tent altogether. Pieces were missing, ratchet straps never arrived as promised, and the owner has made no attempt to make it right, despite saying he would send ratchet straps and replace the tent. He said he can't lose money though, so I'm sure I'll never hear from him again. Unorganized, rude, and very unprofessional.
